It was and continues to be clearly stipulated that any acquisition of coins or tokens constitutes participation in a high-risk venture, not a guaranteed investment vehicle. Neither CryptoKUP nor VIRKUP has at any time provided any guarantee, warranty, or assurance regarding the success, profitability, or continuity of the platform or its associated virtual assets.

Users expressly waive any claim or right to reimbursement, compensation, or redress in the event of platform modifications, rebranding, technological alterations, market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or project discontinuation. The platform, its operators, associates, and affiliated entities bear no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Participants acknowledge that both CryptoKUP and VIRKUP represent innovative projects in continuous development, with inherent opportunities and challenges common to emerging technologies in this space. While the development team is committed to the advancement and success of the platform, participants understand they are engaging with a project that, like all pioneering ventures, evolves through various stages of implementation and may undergo significant changes to achieve its vision. This evolutionary nature is intrinsic to the innovative nature of the project that participants have chosen to support.

It is explicitly acknowledged that the terms "investment" or "investor" are used solely for convenience and do not constitute an offer of securities or regulated financial products. Participation in the VIRKUP ecosystem is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk and with full awareness of the speculative nature of blockchain-based virtual assets.

All active KUP coin holders automatically accept these terms as they retain their balances, now converted to VIRKUP. The migration to and use of the VIRKUP platform constitutes renewed acceptance of these disclaimers and limitations of liability.
